How can i stop the bailiffs taking my car?

The easy answer is to put it somewhere where they can’t find it!

If you have the car on credit with a finance company and you have missed payments, you will eventually have to cough up though or hand the car back!

One idea is to get a new loan and then pay the finance company if this is indeed the case

There are some companies out there that will give you a guaranteed unsecured loan even if you have a bad credit history
